Variety : : 60% Syrah from the « red land » parcel, 40% Grenache from a single vineyard from a soil of gravels
Elaboration process : Selection of two unique parcels, manual harvest in crate to preserve the integrity of the berries destemmedat the arrival at the winery. Regular pumping over allows optimal extraction. Finally, racking, then the wine is aged in stainless steel vats and barrels until bottling the following summer.
Tasting notes: A beautiful red-carmine colour; the nose opens on smoke and toasted notes. Generous and round aromas will follow: the wood has smoothed the pleasant balsamic notes of the wines.
