Variety  : 60% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 10% Mourvèdre.

Elaboration process :Manual harvest in crate to preserve the integrity of the berries destemmed at the arrival at the winery, and sorted manually. Regular pumping over allows optimal extraction. Finally, racking, then the wine is aged in barrels. The oak of each barrels has been carefully selected to match each single grape variety.

Annualproduction : 1500bouteilles.

Tastingnotesthis wine is both smooth and powerful. Aromas of spice followed by balsamic and red fruit notes. Floral notes of Lily and of black olive jam elegantly equilibrate its flavors.
