Variety : 50% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre.
Elaboration process :Manual harvest in crate to preserve the integrity of the berries destemmedat the arrival at the winery. We are conducting a limited number of pumping to leave a free expression of the terroir. Finally, racking, then the wine is aged in stainless steel vats until bottling the following summer.
Annual production : 7 000 bouteilles.
Tasting notes: Notes of blackberry and Lily will first touch of nose. In the mouth it is all the freshness of the southern France land, of the garrigue, that will come to mind.
